What we collect

When you run a check we process the IMEI you enter and a randomly generated visitor identifier used only for rate-limiting and abuse prevention. We do not require accounts and we do not ask for names, addresses or phone numbers to run a check.

How we use data

IMEIs are submitted to device, carrier and blacklist databases solely to produce your result. We do not sell personal data.

Cookies & storage

We use minimal browser storage (a visitor identifier) to prevent abuse of the free check. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

Requesting deletion of your data

You can ask us to delete the data we hold about you at any time, and you do not need an account to do it. Email info@standupcrm.com with the subject Data deletion request, and include the email address you gave us or the IMEI you checked so we can find the records.

We will confirm and complete the request within 30 days. Deletion covers the email address you supplied, any stored reports tied to it, and the visitor identifier held for abuse prevention. We may keep the minimum record of a paid transaction that tax and accounting law requires us to retain, and anonymised counts that are no longer linked to you.
